Mel B is officially a DALIA MACPHEE Fan

The Spice Girl and America's Got Talent Judge is anything but scary is these
DALIA MACPHEE Pieces.
Most meaningful was her recent visit to 10 Downing street. Mel  wore a long printed DALIA MACPHEE while delivering a report on domestic violence. Later in the evening she auctioned the dress off ( gifted by Dalia) for Women's aid charity.
